The villa is amazingly spacious being set out on two floors and has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout with particular attention given to detail to make your stay special.
Enter to a fabulous hallway entrance with a glass atrium flooding the villa with light and lovely wooden staircase that leads down to the lower lounge entertainments area. The air conditioned dining room/lounge area has table seating for eight persons and two comfy leather sofas where you can relax, read or listen to music.
Two bedrooms are on this floor, the primary bedroom with double king size bed has views to the patio terrace across to Fuerteventura with a full bathroom and an additional private outdoor rain shower giving a truly wonderful Zen experience. The second bedroom a twin room and en suite with walk in shower. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms and there is also a separate Guest Toilet on this floor.
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, Smeg kettle and toaster, coffee machine, crockery and utensils to cater for up to 8 persons. The attached utility room has top loading washing machine.
Outside, you will love the abundant outdoor terraces with seating. The large covered dining patio with its spectacular views will become one of your favourite places in the villa. You can enjoy alfresco all day dining starting with breakfast as the sun rises through to lunch with a lovely chilled glass of Lanzarote's own wine watching the island ferries plying their trade across the Bocaina Straits to Fuerteventura and finish off the day with dinner, fresh from the lovely charcoal BBQ as you wait for the sun to set. The heated swimming pool & Jacuzzi hot tub are located on the private south-facing terrace with amazing views across to Los Lobos and Fuerteventura and also to the impressive volcanic mountains.
Downstairs there is a large open plan entertainment lounge for family time with a Pool Table, large Smart TV with a full range of English TV channels including BBC, ITV, CH4, CH5, Sky Sports, Sky Movies plus a quiet area for reading and board games with a desk and relaxed seating. There are also two further airconditioned bedrooms and a family bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, walk in shower, twin sinks, toilet and bidet. Patio doors give direct access to the pool terrace from this lower level.
Wireless internet through out the villa and private off road parking for two cars at the front of the villa.
